The Discipleship Team's ministry purpose is to develop, encourage, and strengthen believers with biblical principles of discipleship and then transfer those principles into everyday life.

All believers have differing levels of need. Therefore, First Baptist Church offers a variety of topics which enable the "new" believer, as well as the growing Christian, to develop and continue their spiritual growth. We provide several activities including special Bible studies, inspirational book studies and special topics of interest to help you in your walk.
