The purpose of the Pastoral Care Team is to assist the pastor in ministering to the special needs of individuals and groups. The team identifies and ministers to individuals with special needs including but not limited to the home bound, persons experiencing grief, persons with special needs in independent living, and persons with need for home improvements and repair who are financially or physically limited.
